You Are Here: Corporate Board:
The Corporate Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the Executive Council and serves as the core of that body. All directors have committed to and signed the "Conflict of Interest and Compensation Policy" and "The NYS Forum Inc. Code of Ethics". The Corporate Board approves the creation of all Work Groups and Projects, and provision of staff support and provides oversight of the financial affairs of The Forum. The Board of Directors also promotes a culture of ethics and compliance with all applicable laws and carries out the provisions of the Certificate of Incorporation, By-Laws and the purposes of the Corporation.
