- Mock Business Impact Analysis
- A Mock BIA was conducted to demonstrate how a BIA interview is held.
Handouts were provided that included information that should be considered prior to conducting a BIA. The goal of the handouts was to show that various pre-planning is needed to set the stage for conducting a BIA and developing a BCP. One of the handouts included a sample set of interview questions that could be used or modified to meet your needs for a BIA.
The session was video taped, and if successful, DVDs may be available for those interested.
The feedback was quite positive from attendees.
Thanks to Mark Spreitzer of CGI for his participation as an interviewer and in planning the session.
