At the July of 2009 NYS Forum Strategic Planning Session Web 2.0 was identified as a major focus for The NYS Forum's endeavors for the 2009-2010 program year. The goal of this focus is to explore how The NYS Forum can facilitate productive collaboration within the membership and assist the Forum members as they explore Web 2.0 advantages and issues in their agencies. The Forum's Emerging Technologies Work Group is providing the leadership for The Forum's Web 2.0 initiative with the collaboration and assistance of the other NYS Forum Work Groups.
