Cathy Durand, Deputy CIO - Discussed Budget Situation and Proposed Directions
Rico Singleton, Deputy CIO for Enterprise Strategy and Governance Services
Rico discussed the role of CIO/OFT organization, Goals of the CIO Council Action Teams and topic of NYS Forum committees assisting CIO/OFT in achieving its goals for the State
Cathy Durand filled in for Sharon Cates-Williams - Discussion of Federal Stimulus Funds projects (ARRA), Disaster Recovery Facility, and Consolidated Enterprise Technology Data Center

  • IT Greening - Annual conference next week - April 30th - Carter Yepsen provided update
  • Matrix - James Nichol - Business Analysis session coming up on May 12th at Empire State Plaza
  • IT Procurement - Art Brown present to provide update - next meeting third Wed of May.
  • Project Management - Jon Haverly present to provide update. - PM for Websites coming up. Also working with Matrix Committee on the Business Analysis event.
