Description The NYS Forum's Project Management Community of Practice (PM COP) will again hold its September meeting in conjunction with the fall Government Technology Conference (GTC East) on Wednesday, September 22 at 11:00am to 12:15pm. Plan to attend keynote speaker Capt. Larry Brudnicki at 9:15am and then, after a short break, join us for the PM COP.

How is the fiscal crisis impacting project management? How can good project management help agencies respond to the fiscal crisis? How can PMOs help agencies prepare for changes this year's elections may bring? Mark you calendars now and plan to join us for a panel presentation and interactive discussion on "Sustaining the Project Management Mission in Changing Times."

Hear from a diverse panel of experts to include Pat Mitchell, Chief Financial Officer at NYS Department of Taxation and Finance, Adam Gingadet, Chief Information Officer at NYS Department of Motor Vehicles, Bob Pennacchia, Acting Project Management Office Director at NYS Department of Health, and Diana Pinto, Senior Project Manager at NYS Thruway Authority.
