Project Management Repository
The committee maintains a Project Management Repository, hosted and administered by the CIO/OFT (Information Repository 
). This repository provides members of the PM Community of Practice the ability to submit and search for PM artifacts. This repository is available at (https://www3.oft.state.ny.us/nysfirm/index.cfm ). The PM Repository shares agency examples of project management templates and documents. We invite everyone to share samples of their works by simply e-mailing them to pmo@oft.state.ny.us. These documents will then be posted to the website for others to use as examples.
Access to the repository is controlled by the CIO/OFT's Directory Services (NYSDS), and a userid/password is required. Many agencies already participate in NYSDS and staff in those agencies should contact their NYSDS Participating Organization Directory Services Administrator (PODSA) for an NYSDS account, which they can then request be given access to the repository.
