Update on Strategic Planning Collaborative

Next meeting scheduled to develop content (updated as of this morning) for December 22, 3:00 - 4:30PM, Albany location TBD

  • Expect to have development underway in December, and have it completed by February.
  • If there is anyone who has value/experience to add * would welcome their participation

Update on monthly meeting schedule

  • 2nd Monday of each month 12:30 * 1PM
  • Will provide Forum update so they can post on web site
  • Plan to do a Roll call with committee/list serve * inquire of interest

Update on participation

Still looking for state representative co-chair, need participation from small/medium state level, perhaps this is growing by reaching out to list serve?

Update on WebEx

  • Forum would like workgroups/committees to use it for meetings right now * not huge productions or training sessions at the moment while working out details
  • There is one license to reserve, includes audio bridge as well
  • Mike B to reach out to Greg Benson
