  • Update on Strategic Planning Collaborative Sessions
    • The invite/meeting room request has been sent to the Forum, and is currently under review for posting and invitation this week - targeting by Wednesday to give ample lead time for registration. After speaking with the Forum, all looking good
    • Target location is the Rockefeller Center - meets our needs
    • First session is March 4, 9AM-12PM
    • Subsequent sessions are March 18, April 1, April 15, and May 6 all 9AM - 11AM
    • First session is developed, including homework assignments
    • Co-chairs will reach out to registrants to be sure participant understands what is involved in each session
    • Once again, the goal is for each participant to walk away with a tool, either a completed plan, or a very strong structure of one
    • Question regarding who the invite will go to - Melissa will follow up with the Forum to clarify this as we assume it will go to all Forum list serve participants.
