  • Update on Strategic Planning Collaborative Sessions
    • First session held last week on March 4th. Off to a great start!
    • 4 Local Government Agencies, and multiple State Agencies represented
    • Approximately 20 participants
    • Team has reviewed feedback. Great collaboration, revising the content a bit as it was so collaborative, we ran out of time to finish material from first session. Participants particularly liked the personal experience and the ability to connect with others.
    • Laurie who is participating asked about the remaining sessions being 1 hour shorter. Karen explained that it the first run through of these sessions, so it new, as well as there may have been some scheduling conflict. Both Laurie and Sylvia (who also attended the session) are open to it being extended. Karen explained that the team may be inquiring with the group about this at the next session.
