The focus of the May 6th Enterprise Content Management (ECM) session presentations will be on the challenges and the benefits of ECM within a public sector organization. Our speakers will be presenting their experiences with implementing the components of ECM. The components of ECM can include Document Management, Document Imaging, Records Management, Workflow, Web Content Management, and Document Collaboration.
