2010 Doing IT Business with New York State and New York City Government
The New York State Forum, jointly with the New York State Office of the State Comptroller and New York State Office of General Services, is offering a day-long seminar entitled "2010 Doing IT Business with New York State and New York City Government". This event, scheduled for June 9, 2010 in Albany, New York, will feature welcoming remarks from OGS Commissioner John Egan and a valuable array of sessions targeted to information technology vendors wanting to do business with New York State and/or New York City Government. Sessions will include the basics in procurement in both the State and City, as well as specialized sessions in legal and ethical considerations in procurement and vendor responsibility. Join procurement experts from the NYS Office of General Services, the NYS Office of the State Comptroller, the NYS Department of Economic Development, the New York City Mayor's Office of Contracts and the New York City Department of Education, to learn how to effectively navigate government procurement in New York State.
