The NYS Forum's has programs that afford avenues for sponsorship. Key among those are:

  • The IT Corporate Roundtable

    The IT Corporate Roundtable was created in 2001 to create a neutral and dynamic context for government/corporate knowledge transfer. Since that time it has grown to over sixty members. Through that collective membership and the vital role it plays in the NYS Forum there are numerous opportunities for sponsorship of education and training events, state of the art presentations or surveys of best practices.   • The Annual NYS IT Greening Conference

    The NYS Forum is a founding co-host of this annual conference and opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors of the conference and its special events are available every year. Contact Rebecca Buchner at 518/443-5001 for further information.

  • The Annual Kids Safe Conference

    The NYS Forum is also a founding co-host of this annual conference that features keynote presentations and a series of in-depth workshops for adults, focusing on how to keep children safe while using the Internet. The event provide practical information on a variety of computer safety topics, including sessions on social networking sites, instant messaging, how to secure your home computer, live demonstrations of online chats and other important concerns. This conference provides numerous opportunities for sponsoring a wide variety of events and activities that receive national exposure.   • Special Events

    On occasion The NYS Forum hosts special events related to a specific organizational or state government purposes. These events are usually planned four to six months in advance and afford opportunities for providing sponsorship and/or in-kind support aligned with achieving the objectives of the event.
